中国软包装人才网（域名www.ppjob6.com）创设于2009年4月9日，10年来，专注于只为塑料软包装行业提供生产，技术，管理，销售，一线开机工人等各类人才，十年磨一剑，现已形成10万行业人士求职和招聘的圈子，为全国5000多家软包装企业，500家各省知名软包装企业，80家软包装百强企业提供人才服务，包括 “上海凸版有限公司、惠州宝柏包装有限公司”等知名软包装公司，在广大企业和求职者当中，建立起了良好的市场声誉。 

中国软包装人才网2019年更名为“领航软包装人才网”，现由上海印包人电子商务有限公司和常山领航人力资源有限公司合作运营。

网站运行到2019年，已经积累5500家会员客户，软包装人才朋友圈13个手机5万人，软包装人才微信群280个5万群成员，软包装人才微信公众号1.65万人，全国软包装人才QQ群有70个共计5.2万群成员，QQ好友1.5万，软包装社区访问量15万，领航软包装直播平台访问量1.5万/月，十年累计网站访问超过1300多万次。

【大致经历七个发展阶段】

2009年，电话加短信时代：2009年4月9日创立网站，运营之初，企业和个人不知道怎么在网站上注册，我们通过电话和短信的形式把他们的需求写下来，然后帮他们注册到网上；

2010-2014年，QQ群时代：我们发现QQ群招聘方便快捷，就开始建立全国各地的软包装人才QQ群，4年时间建立了70个QQ群5.2万群成员，QQ好友1.5万（企业老板和人事）；

2014-2015年，微信公众号时代：为方便大家，我们从2014年开始设立微信公众号，每个月都把招聘信息连带手机号码完全公开到微信公众号上。微信公众号每年增加用户超过2000人，截止2019年总计1.2万用户；

2016-2018年，微信群时代：2016年，我们建立微信群，反复通知我们的QQ群成员和好友加入微信群，有1/2的QQ群成员转移过来，3年总计建立软包装微信群108个；

2018-2019年，微信朋友圈时代：我们发现了很多人喜欢通过朋友圈找工作，于是手动把10年积累的3.5万的企业手机号和2.7万的个人手机号，一个一个加为好友；一年内，我们建成8个手机3.5万人的朋友圈；

2019年，线下拓展时代：2月开始，我们开始全面进入线下市场，每个月参加全国各地软包装展，全年现场发行10万份领航软包装人才报，帮助企业的招工息发布到各地市场。

2020-2022：我们开始进入全面国际化市场运行，先后组织了5场海外线上直播（别人介绍了日本，越南，菲律宾，印度尼西亚，伊朗，墨西哥，非洲等国家的包装市场状况）

2023：我们重新改版【领航包装人才网】小程序，给软包装行业搭建一站式线上信息交流平台。
